Truck-Volume Pricing

We price by how much of the truck your junk fills, not by an on-the-spot guess. Here's the whole chart, real dollar figures, before you ever call.

Prices published, not negotiated
Priced by volume, not by the hour
$89 minimum to $650 full truck
Confirmed on-site before we load

Why we price by the truck, not by the hour or by guesswork

Most junk removal quotes come down to one visit and one gut call from whoever's standing in your driveway. We built our pricing around something you can check yourself: how much of a standard box truck your stuff actually fills. A quarter truck costs less than a half truck, which costs less than a full one. That's the whole formula. No hourly rate that punishes a slow-loading day, no mystery "dump fee" tacked on afterward.

The load-meter, in full

Read down the chart below. Each row shows the fill level, the price range, and exactly what kind of job lands in that tier. These are typical Beaumont-area ranges; your final price depends on actual volume and any extra labor a job needs, like stairs or breakdown of large furniture.

Minimum Load
$89 – $129 One item: a single couch, mattress, or appliance. Our trip minimum.
1/4 Truck
$149 – $225 2 to 4 furniture pieces, a stack of boxes, a small appliance or two. Fits about a pickup-bed's worth.
1/2 Truck
$249 – $375 One full bedroom or living room, a garage third, a small storm debris pile, or a full apartment turnover load.
Full Truck
$449 – $650 A packed garage, two to three rooms of furniture, a full flooded room's contents, or a large yard debris pile after a storm.

Jobs bigger than one full truck, whole-house cleanouts and major storm hauls, are quoted as multiple truckloads at the same per-load rate. See our estate cleanout and storm debris pages for whole-property ranges.

What actually moves the price within a range

Four things push a load toward the top or bottom of its range. Weight matters: a truck full of couch cushions fills the same space as a truck full of wet drywall, but the drywall weighs far more and costs more to dispose of. Access matters: ground-floor curbside loading is faster than a third-floor walk-up or a yard blocked by a downed fence. Breakdown work matters: a sectional that has to be disassembled to fit a doorway takes longer than one that walks straight out. And disposal routing matters: standard household junk goes to general disposal, while certain material, like appliances with refrigerant or large volumes of metal, gets routed differently and can affect the number.

Why Beaumont's own bulk pickup doesn't solve this

The City of Beaumont runs weekly heavy trash pickup for single-family homes, but it explicitly excludes building debris, lumber, shingles, siding, insulation, brick, scrap metal, and other bulky material, which has to be self-hauled to the Beaumont landfill on Lafin Drive instead. That's a real option if you've got a trailer and a free afternoon. If you don't, or if what's piling up is furniture and appliances rather than construction debris, that's exactly the gap our truck-volume pricing is built to fill: one visit, one number, no separate landfill trip on your end.

How a quote turns into a final price

  1. Describe the job when you call or fill out the form: item count, rooms, or "it's a whole garage."
  2. We estimate the load tier using the chart above as the starting point.
  3. We confirm on arrival. If the real volume matches what you described, the quoted price holds.
  4. If it's bigger or smaller, we tell you the adjusted tier and price before we touch anything, and you decide whether to proceed.
  5. We load, sweep, and haul, then collect payment for the confirmed final price, not an estimate.

Pricing questions

How the load-meter answers most calls

Is the chart price the final price?

It's the range for that tier. We confirm the exact number on-site once we see the real load, and we tell you that number before we start loading. Most jobs land within the posted range for their tier.

What if I'm not sure how much space my stuff takes up?

Send a photo or describe it in rooms rather than items, "a bedroom's worth" or "half a garage." We can usually place it on the chart accurately from that, and we'll double-check on arrival before confirming.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, $89 to $129 for a single item or a very small pickup. That covers the trip and disposal for one piece, whether it's a couch, a mattress, or one appliance.

Do you charge extra for stairs or long carries?

Difficult access can move a job toward the top of its price tier rather than adding a separate line-item fee. We'll flag that when you describe the job so there's no surprise on arrival.

How does storm debris pricing compare to regular junk?

Same tiers, but storm debris often runs heavier per cubic foot than household junk, which can push a load into the next tier up. See our storm debris page for specifics.
